At BOXRAW, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the right equipment for your training. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your items.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Processing & Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
